If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Email or call about any problem with your purchase, and we'll fix it.

Shipping Policy:

• Iowa Residents: We're sorry! We can't process orders from Iowa because ... it's a logistical nightmare to collect the local options tax. However, if someone outside of IA ordered and asked us to ship the order to someone inside of Iowa, we could do that. Please contact us with any questions.
• Shipping rates are based on the weight of product and packaging, with a minimum shipping charge of $3.95.
• Orders are packed carefully in small cardboard boxes, with shredded paper filling, and gently used bubble wrap for breakable items.
• Free Incense Samples are always included. Send us a message at checkout if you'd like to sample a particular fragrance.
• We aim to ship within 2 business days. For a shipping delay - or if it's just a few cents more - we upgrade USPS Ground to Priority Mail.
